Getting Started
How OptiqOS connects to your systems
Every integration uses standard OAuth 2.0 with PKCE where supported. We never ask for your password — you authorize OptiqOS through your provider's consent screen, and we receive a scoped, revocable access token that your provider issues.
Tokens are stored encrypted at rest in Azure Key Vault. Refresh tokens are rotated on every use. You can revoke OptiqOS's access at any time from your provider's connected apps screen.
Security & Privacy
- Read-only by default. We never write back unless a workflow you've explicitly enabled requires it.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest. TLS 1.2+ everywhere; AES-256 at rest.
- Tenant-isolated storage. Your data is logically separated by tenant ID at every layer.
- Revocable. Disconnect from your provider's console at any time; OptiqOS stops syncing within minutes.
